Guest Spot

The Magnificent Mary Corbet, over on Needle'n Thread has featured a post by me. I am quite chuffed about this as I know Mary has a large readership that covers a wide range of 'needle' techniques (not just CQers).
It is a new post (as in, not just rehashed from here) so do pop over if you are interested. The focus of the article is on my "retail" adventures.

Speaking of which, I just packaged up 3 bags, and though I LOVE that they are sold, I actually find it really hard to part with them. Do find this too, even if something is made specifically for sale?

I just found your site through Mary and I love your work. I am going to start following your blog. I saw your beautiful things on Esty and let me tell you what an inspiration you are! I just wish you lived closer so we could visit in person but isn't the internet just a wonderful way to meet new friends?

That's terrific Jo, really enjoyed reading the post, and I think your story will inspire lots of us the way your stitching already does!

I read your post! It was great! (of course I read YOUR blog too!).

Yep, I really have a hard time parting with things. But keep in mind it's "going to a good home"! :)

Hi Jo

That was a nice article you did for Mary's blog. I read it this morning along with all the needleworkers who follow Mary and I am sure that is a long list.

Good advertising for you.

Hugs

Freda

I hate it when people buy things and I have to send them away... I have not made a pincushion for about 2 years for that very reason... I am going to start again tho and my plan is to make them so elaborate and expensive that very few will sell.... Make sense? Will take a long break from CQ...
