Anita's Heart

This is a heart for an individual swap with Anita in Germany. Her blog can be found here. I asked Anita for a swap after seeing the hearts she was making for her 'nostalgia' swap. She gave me an idea of the a couple of my pieces that she likes and this is what I came up with. This was a slow journey . I think because it had an intended recipient in mind. Usually the hearts are put up on the CoH page, and people ask for a swap if they like it. It is hard to make something for someone, if you only have an 'internet' relationship with them.
This heart is backed and turned (which we CoH hearts don't do either). I quite liked doing that, and giving a wee bit of a funky shape.
Anyway Anita, it is done. I hope you like it. I have something else I am finishing up for you, funnily enough inspiration came easy for this. I should be mailing next week, but Alys, or Angela, will tell you not to hold your breath....
