hearts and a squishie
I got a wonderful package today in the mail. It contained a treasure trove of goodies and a wonderful heart made by my wee friend, Tayla. You would never guess it from this heart, but Tayla is only 8!! I'm not kidding. Tayla, my darling, I am so impressed with your heart.Your feather stitch is perfect and you have done such a marvellous job with the fancy yarns. I truly love your heart Tayla. Thankyou honey, it's beautiful. And Sandie, the ribbons and thread you dyed are just lovely, they will be put to good use. I've been through the bags twice already and I still haven't seen everything. Thanks for the prints, thats something I don't have, apart from a couple that came with another heart.
This heart is for Hideko. She requested something in blue. I hope this is blue enough. Hideko commented that she liked the bead trail on my pathfinders block, so now she has one of her own. I hope you like it Hideko. I am looking forward to my hydrangea heart. I do love hydrangeas, almost as much as magnolia. Mine is just finally starting to flower, and its just gorgeous.
