Finishes...

Two posts in one day...lucky you(s)....a couple more finishes. My first black block. I am finding this stitching only really challenging, but I have to remember the whole picture, there will be at least 8 more, probably 11. And my Under The Sea block for the Children's Brain Cancer Treatment Centre. If any of you out there in Blogsville would like to contribute to this project, please contact me and I will give you details. The blocks are 6x8, and sea themed obviously. You can see other contributions over at the CQI blog.
You must go and check out Leslies 'dogfish'.

Jo, both blocks are beautiful. I am really drawn to your UTS block, may I steal you edge treatment for my blocks? I did blanket stitch around mine but really like what you did much better.

It may be challenging, but it's so beautiful! It's just the way I like blocks. =) The one for the Children's Center is gorgeous, as well.

It's so lovely to see the finished sea block. Fabulous work! I thought about contributing to the sea quilt but I'm struggling enough with my comfort doll. Best not to overcommit oneself - if only I'd learned that little lesson sooner!!

Kudos again on rockin blocks.
