Card holder #3

My good friend Julz rang today to see when we could do the christmas thing, so I made this next card holder for her. I made Julz a tobacco pouch last year, and last I heard she was giving up the evil weed, so she will need something new to remind her of me every day.
The pic does not show up how pretty this one is AT ALL! I took about 20 photos and I still couldn't get a good one.
For this one I tried adding texture to the surface by using the same colour thread as fabric.
This was semi inspired by Beth Robinson's kite on this piece.
