Girls Night Out gifts

Once or twice a year, the mums from Playcentre have a dinner out, and we usually do a small gift to exchange with each other. I have made a couple of smaller tags. We are going Thai tonight. Yum!

These are gorgeous! I had no idea they were so tiny... I'm envious of your bullion (?) stitches... It's next on my list of stitches to master. Your work is sublime.

These tags are gorgeous and the work so tiny and delicate. I haven't seen these done before - what are they used for? I see another project on the horizon.

I absolutely love your cancer block. How did you make the woven flower. It looks complicated!

Your work is always breathtaking!

Thankyou ladies. The tags went down well. the lady that got one is actually a fantastic painter, so it was really nice to be able to give her some fibre art.

Barbara. The tags can be used as key rings, or a bit of bling on a plain bag. As I was making these I thought they could be pendants to I guess. They are a twist on an article from the last mag. Our group is doing a swap.

The flower is woven picots. Time consuming, but not complicated.

I didn't realize how small these tags were, I thought they were the size of a regular shipping tag. Could we see the back of one?
