Some more finishes

Heart #44 , free to a good home.
Heart #45, also looking for a good home.
and I finally got to finish some of those bags. They have turned out pretty cute. The blocks were 8", so they are quite a good size. First time doing fabric handles, they turned out well, and evenly spaced - whoop whoop. Hope to get to the others tomorrow. If you are a kiwi, and read the blog, how much would you pay for one of these? (Hi to Meggie, ex-pat). I don't want to charge less than $40. Each bag would have at least 4-5 hours work in it, and I would think about $15 in materials. My girlfriend wants to do the local, up-market, craft market next month, so I'll see how I go there, then the rest up to SILs. I'm thinking of doing some kids activity bags too, hoping people will see them as great gifts.

Wow Jo, your hearts and bags are just gorgeous. I better get cracking with heart making hadnt I :)

Not sure about the price for the bags. I always find it difficult to price things.

I love the bags. They should do well at a craft market, I would think. Hard to pick just one, though!

The hearts are great, too. That second one looks like a smocking stitch on the bottom, almost. I love them both.

Beautiful bags. It's so difficult to put a price on something that has so much time and care put into it. I used to make felt toys in Australia and sold them at a craft market and never felt like I was charging enough!

Lovely purses. Is it one purse for each outfit?
And I do certainly have to make new/more heats to swap. Yours are beautiful.
