If you have my mojo....Give it the **** back!
Still no stitching. I am highly kinda no, not really motivated at all, to work on the tumbling blocks wallhanging. Not sure why. The project is great. I do love it. I will look fantastic when it is done, just cant bring myself to do it.
So, whats the point of the post then Jo, I hear you ask. I have utilised the "pages" function, and added what I have been doing...

That hand is so cool... I do miss your stitching but when the urge returns you'll really fired up after such a long break...

It seems to me that your head is full to the brim of these wonderful doodles, and you need to keep sketching them until you have made some space in your mind for the stitching!
Like your doodle hand Jo. Don't worry, your stitching time comes back when the time is there. One has to refresh now and then and do something totally different things. ( such as doodling ;)
If you don't feel like it and there's no deadline, then just give yourself a break from it until you are motivated again. It happened to me a little while ago and, whilst I'd never call it a 'mojo' (references to black magic don't fit with stitching in my vocab!!!LOL), I needed a little time to feel interested again. The best way to turn yourself off a project long term is to force yourself on with it when it's just not what you want to do right now.
I just kept skimming others' blog postings on Reader and waited until something made me feel like being creative again. In the end, nothing got the juices going better than photos of my stash on my own old blog posts!!!
Chill out, hun!=) It'll happen when the time's right. Ati's right.
Love the zentangle hand !!!
Hope you had find your mojo back :)
I'm seeing plenty of amazing mojo in this hand, Jo!
Love the hand Jo! Maybe you aren't in the mood for a needle in the handle but a pen in the hand - awesome work!
Awesome! I love to doodle too! but I don't do the beautiful CQ. I am envious of your talent!
Hang in there Jo! Your muse is just resting - she'll be back soon!

Hi Jo -- I've been noticing all of your photos on flickr and thought you might be interested to check out Mary Corbet's blackwork fish

And Angela Plager's bead journal project for this year...

scroll down a bit to see the full "doodle" that she's basing her design on...
Both ladies' designs are based on zentangles...which look a lot like your doodles.
Maybe Austin Powers stole your mojo, baby...
A fellow artist friend of mine is doing Zentangles too. I really like your "hand" ones!
