Sharon B (InAMinuteAgo) has a new home! Spread the word. Change your sidebar links, and tell everyone you know. You will find her here at "Pin Tangle" .
A little more eyecandy to share with you all. The GRAND plan was to have plenty of these wee sets made up to sell for xmas. Well, I have two! and one is spoken for. LOL . I am in the process of a third set, but that is a gift for friends. I really need to be getting on with the pile of RR blocks I have sitting here too....*sigh*... christmas always throws a spanner in the works.
I also bought some fabbie today for my next "big" project. I need to get that peiced together before the xmas hols, so I can get working on it. How exciting. The fabric kinda dictates how the project will go. I have had a strong thought floating around about using CQed leaves, I just don't know how to do it, you know, how it will fit in, or if it will fit in.
Go and see Sharon at her new home...
Those stockings are precious! Too many projects and not enough time.
ReplyDeleteThose we little stockings are beautiful!
ReplyDeleteLove the stockings. I bet they'll look fabulous on a tree.
ReplyDeleteThey are the cutest wee stockings! Bet they will look so nice hanging on the tree.
ReplyDeleteI wanted to say thanks for spreading the word about my blog move I really appreciate the link but also I noticed the top of these stockings and am right in assuming it the seam is a form of beaded buttonhole? It is very effective.
ReplyDeleteI LOVE the stockings, Jo!! They're gorgeous! Love the top edge - do the stockings open?

Love these, Jo! I especially like the ones on the second set that have a little extra motif thrown in... love em! So, what's the next project???
ReplyDeleteHow big are these stockings? How big is "wee"? lol! So cute!
ReplyDeleteGina, the stockings are approx 6" long and 2" wide. You can't put anything in them, they are purely decorative. If you could be bothered (which I cannot) you could make them functional I guess. They would look great with a candy cane or similar in them, hanging from the tree.
ReplyDeleteThe stockings are adorable. Maybe they should be sets of 3. LOL!
ReplyDeleteah, I thought they were even smaller, like 2-3 inches long! They are adorable.
ReplyDeleteThe tiny stocking sets are beautiful! I also love the seam treatments on the lavender postcard.
ReplyDeleteI really love your stockings. The embroideries comes out so well as usual with you. Superb!
ReplyDeleteJo I just LOVE those stockings and I presume they are ornaments that is why they are in sets!!! WOW I'd be happy to buy one and let others have a chance of buying one too! What a lovely way to have a creative set of your stitching! HMMMMM!
