Go play! <BR/><BR/>I've done it with a brush and painting them on, and with the eyedropper, dropping them on. With the brush, I prefer to have them at least damp. <BR/><BR/>With the eyedropper, wet makes the colors wick more, spreading them out, and sometimes even separating them, which can have a cool effect. Dry, they don't spread so much.
