Time for the March Giveaway before I run out of month again!!
Leave a comment on this post. No need to say anything accept "hi", but do make sure I can get hold of you if I don't have your email, or you don't have a blog. We are going with leaves this month.
And I finished another paisley for the swap.
I have taken a little 'artistic' liberty with the paisley shape, but hey isn't that what being an artist is all about.
I am feeling a little paranoid while writing this post as I just KNOW that Paula is checking all the punctuation and apostrophe's!! LOL
I hoping her nest post will be about the correct use of 'single' and "double" inverted commas' ( I don't even know what they are called!)
Am I the first? Your stitching is great and I always love to read your blog. Thank you :)

As Paula seems to be off duty at the moment, I shall sub for her and point out that the plural of apostrophe is apostrophes, not apostrophe's...:D
ReplyDeleteJo, your postcards are always gorgeous and I love your paisleys!! Debbie (Maine)

ReplyDelete"I hoping her nest post"? Heehee :) as a writer I am constantly editing ppls blogs too...can't help it. Its a disease. Good thing I'm perfect. ;). Lovely pc. I'll bow out since I won in Jan.
ReplyDeleteFab paisley!!! I love all the little trinkets you have. Must say that blue one with the blue and metal center is my fave!!!
That paula sounds like a right cow - checking punctuation on blogs! HA! Totty's comment amused me - i had to go back and check - i didn't even see the error. and I wont be doing " and ' - because I'm pretty sure i use them incorrectly myself :).
ReplyDeletebtw: well done on the book sales - were you autographing them like a famous author? oh...and last but not least beautiful stitching - i love the buttonhole for the leaves this way.
Looks like great stuff you are giving away.

You go girl!
Wonderful postcard and love the paisley.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful work! Linda
ReplyDeleteLove the leafy postcard - would love to win it too. Especially as I have just about finished my crazy CQ bag (just the strap to finish and stitch in place) and am contemplating the next one which will be predominantly green and leafy in design.
ReplyDeleteAs always, I love your leaves! Would love to be entered for this one! Fun paisley too!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful work as always. I am very much enjoying the fact that you planned ahead with those pincushions! The idea of mounting the CD versions on stands is inspired. And tht Christmas tree...WOW! Can't wait to see it done.
